Client Responsibilities

• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Respect intellectual property and licensing agreements

Intellectual Property Rights

Client Content: You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you provide to us. You grant us a non-exclusive right to use this content solely for delivering our services.

Our Work Product: Upon full payment, ownership of custom work created specifically for you will be transferred to you, excluding proprietary tools, frameworks, or internal methodologies. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Third-Party Components: Some services may include third-party tools, plugins, or software governed by their respective licenses. Compliance with those licenses is the client’s responsibility.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be defined in individual project agreements
• Invoices are payable within the agreed timeframe
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Work may be paused until pending payments are cleared
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Project Timelines and Deliverables

Project timelines are estimates based on scope and client responsiveness. Delays may occur due to changes in requirements, delayed feedback, technical dependencies, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sorven IT Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Our Warranties: Services are delivered professionally and defects identified within an agreed period will be addressed without additional cost.

Disclaimers: All services are provided “as is” unless expressly stated otherwise. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose confidential data except when required to provide services or by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Payment is required for all completed work, and deliverables will be provided after full payment.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under Indian jurisdiction.
